Our Mail server has got some Hard disk issues, due to this server has been taken offline.
The issue has been reported to the data center. They are looking into this. We will update you as soon as we have got some further news.
### Updates [ 11:30 am Saturday (GMT) ] ###
We have got some very bad news. Hard disk of this server has gone bad. Data center has taken this server offline and they have started data recover program. This is a time taking process and will take about 12 hours at least.
### Updates [ 12:30 am Sunday (GMT) ] ###
We have setup a new high end server ( 2 x Dual Xeon, 16 GB RAM, RAID 10) for mails. We are re-creating all the email accounts. It should be completed in next 1-2 hours. We will than try to restore all the recovered data.
### [ 6:50 am Sunday (GMT) ] ###
All the email accounts have been re-created / restored. Please note that as the hard disk was in quite bad condition, therefore, some of the data cannot be recovered. HDD is still with the Data center and they are trying to recover as much data as they can. If any of you account is still facing issues, please raise a support ticket.
